The Canon PL-mount Tokina 65mm T1.5 Cinema Vista Prime Lens provides an image circle that more than covers full-frame sensors and is designed to provide sharp images even when recording images at 8K resolution. It features a fast maximum T-stop of 1.5 that is perfect for shooting in low-light situations or creating exceedingly shallow depth of field looks.
This 65mm lens is etched with focus marks in feet and shares the same form factor, lens gear position, and front barrel diameter as the other Cinema Vista prime lenses, enabling quick on-set lens changes. The 9-bladed, curved iris provides round, out-of-focus highlights for a natural-looking bokeh.
Full-Frame Coverage
A 46.7mm image circle easily covers standard-sized full-frame sensors, including sensors with full 8K resolution
High-Speed Aperture
A super-fast T1.5 aperture is perfect for low-light capture and shallow depth of field effects
Minimal Breathing
Near-zero focus breathing; extremely important while pulling focus, especially on static shots, where focus breathing is more noticeable
300° Focus Rotation
A generous 300° focus barrel rotation enables smooth and precise focus pulls
High Resolution
Produces high-resolution, low-distortion images for your cinema-style capture
Low Chromatic Aberration
Aspherical elements and lens coatings help to greatly limit chromatic aberrations, helping to produce optimal image quality
Durable Build
All-metal lens housing with 0.8 MOD gears that are compatible with cine-style FIZ systems
Smooth Bokeh
The use of a 9-blade, curved iris produces a pleasing bokeh, referring to natural-looking out-of-focus areas of the image
Dual-Sided Focus Marks
Markings on both sides of the barrel make it easy to read focus and aperture settings from behind or from either side of the camera
Common Features Across Series
Shares the same front lens diameters and gear positioning on the focus and iris rings as the other lenses in the series, making lens switching quick and convenient
